THE WEAVE WHISPERER

Monica, the visionary owner of Neish Hair, a renowned hair extension salon in Toronto, is a trailblazer in the world of hair extensions. Her passion began at the age of 15, working part-time at a local salon specializing in the craft. Determined to master her skills, she embarked on a global journey, studying under esteemed masters in Paris, Spain, Amsterdam, and Japan. Monica's relentless pursuit of knowledge and her dedication to her craft solidified her reputation as an expert in hair extensions.   In 2002, Monica arrived in Toronto and was invited to become the national educator for Balmain Hair Extensions. She embraced the opportunity to share her expertise and inspire a new generation of hairstylists. Monica's commitment to excellence led her to graduate from the Aveda Academy, further cementing her expertise in the field. Her talents soon caught the attention of the television industry, where she became the leading hair stylist on shows like Canadian Idol, So You Think You Can Dance, and I Do with Jessica Mulroney. Monica's exceptional work graced the pages of advertisements for many publications including Birks, Hello Magazine, and Oxygen Fitness. She has also had the privilege of doing hair extensions for celebrity weddings, including Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's wedding.   In 2012, Monica launched Neish Hair (formerly known as Fake Beauty), driven by her desire to provide high-quality, long-lasting hair extensions. Recognizing a gap in the market, she began manufacturing her own line of premium hair extensions.   Today, Monica continues to lead the hair extension industry through Neish Hair, empowering clients with confidence and the beauty of flawless hair. Her unwavering pursuit of perfection, combined with her entrepreneurial spirit, has made her a trailblazer and a constant source of inspiration for hairstylists and hair enthusiasts worldwide.
